My client is a phenomenally successful, exceptionally nice Principal of a globally recognised Tech/Engineering brand. I am looking for a very experienced EA, at the top of their game, to support this phenomenally busy CEO.
The offices are based in Buckinghamshire (free parking) and you will be required to travel internationally from time to time.
You will be the CEO’s right hand, you will be involved completely in their business life, so you will need to be supremely well organised, a good negotiator, able to plan ahead, pre-empting problems before they happen.
You will also need to be an excellent communicator, keeping the CEO informed at all times and liaising with professionals inside and outside of the industry, stakeholders, international dignitaries, leading authorities, the media, household names etc.
You are the ambassador for the CEO, trusted, reliable, highly intelligent, organised, able to multi-task and manage several things at once, always with keen attention to detail, always putting the CEO’s needs first.
The CEO is proud of their business achievements and loves life and would like their EA to share that enthusiasm and build a strong and enjoyable working relationship.
